The price of our beef in 2015, 16, and 17 was $4.50 per pound hanging weight. There is a minimum order of half a beef. Sides average 200-300 pounds.
We have a limited number of sides. If you are interested in purchasing one, please place your order as soon as possible as beef is sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 907 355 0733 to place your order. To confirm your order we only need a good phone number and an indication of the size of side you want- small, medium or large- (200, 250, 300 lbs.).
Processing is an additional $1.00 per pound. It is possible to purchase a hanging side and process it yourself to avoid the extra cost.
Most of our customers choose the standard cutting package listed below. However, we will process the meat on an individual basis as requested.
The standard cutting package is a three-way split between steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The organ meat is optional and is not included in the hanging weight. Organs can be added at the same price as the hanging carcas.
